Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review your request and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
